Broccoli bunch
1 lb. dry pasta, cooked (Ziti or Penne)

2 cloves garlic, minced finely
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
1 can chicken broth (14 oz.)
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. flour
1 T. parsley, minced
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli and cut in small pieces; cook pasta.

Brown garlic in olive oil and butter; add all of the remaining ingredients; pour over cooked pasta.

Toss lightly and sprinkle with additional grated cheese.

Note: this recipe can be prepared and covered and kept in a 250 F. oven for one hour.

This recipe is good as a side dish or a main dish....Joe and I used this recipe to feed 1000 people at the reception for the dedication of our new Church of St. Mary and the requests for this recipe were numerous.
