2 iceberg lettuce
2 romaine lettuce
2 red leaf lettuce
1 cup craisins
1 12 oz package slivered almonds
1 pound bacon
12 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Dressing
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup oil
(liquefy in blender until it makes a froth, drizzle in oil last)

Fry and crumble bacon. Marinate chicken in Kikkoman teriyaki sauce for 12 hours. In skillet combine 4 Tbsp sugar with 1 Tbsp water. Quickly bring to a boil and stir in almonds. Stir until almonds are lightly toasted and coated with sugar. Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
