1 pound ground beef
1 egg well beaten
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 box stuffing (herb, chicken or cornbread)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper until well blended. Divide into 8 portions. Flatten into thin patties. Make stuffing mix, following directions on package. Scoop about 1/4 to 1/2 cup stuffing on 4 patties. Place a second patty on top, then press around edges to seal well. Remove stuffed patties to a shallow baking pan. Brown in 400º oven for 25 minutes. Mix soup with water and pour over patties. Turn oven down to 350º and continue baking for 30 minutes longer.
