4 cups powdered milk
1 cup chocolate milk mix (like Nestle's)
1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar or powdered sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding optional
Directions:

Mix and store in large covered container. Add 1/4 cup or more of mix to hot water or heat drink in microwave.

Makes a boatload and tastes amazing! I always make hot chocolate on the first snowy day and always after sled riding or snowman building.
