Remaining batter after making new starters - about 1 cup
1 lg box instant pudding
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teas soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix:
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding with starter.(You can now use metal beaters.) Add eggs, oil, water, milk, sugar and vanilla and mix. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Grease 2 pans with shortening, then dust with1/2 the cinn/sugar mix. Pour batter in pans and sprinkle with remaining mix. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Cool 10-15 min before turning out of pans.
Options:
Nuts, chocolate chips, raisins or different types of puddings.
