1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

FILLING
2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding, 3 1/2 oz. each
3 cups milk
1 container Cool Whip®, small
graham crackers

Icing: Mix first four ingredients in small sauce pan. Stir constantly over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for one more minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla. Stir icing..set aside to cool and thicken.

Filling: Mix milk and pudding powder thoroughly until it starts to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 in dish. Top with half of filling. Add another layer of crackers and remaining filling. Top with final layer of crackers. Spoon on chocolate icing. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
