4# Corn Beef
2 Bottles Stout Ale (12 oz. each)
2 Bottles Reg. Beer (12 oz. each)
1/4 cup DIjon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in large crock pot pour ale, beer over meat. Cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hours-until done.
Allow meat to cool in cooking liquid.
Combine mustard, honey, sugar brush on meat in casserole dish-Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
