3/4 cup butter
3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 ounces Kraft marshmallow cream
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9X13 glass pan
Measure out the nuts, vanilla and marshmallow creme
Place butter in a large glass bowl, cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute to melt
Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk
Return the bowl to the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes
Stir, then microwave for 21/2 minutes
Stir, then microwave 3 minutes
Stir, then microwave one last time for 21/2 minutes for a total time of 11 minutes
Be careful, the bowl will be VERY hot!!
Quickly mix in the chocolate chips, vanilla and marshmallow creme with a hand mixer
Stir in the nuts
Pour into pan, cool for several hours, cut into squares and store in covered container

I originally found this recipe on a can of Pet evaporated milk and it became the family favorite!
You can substitute 1-1/2 pkg of peanut butter chips and peanuts for peanut butter fudge!
