1 Box Jiffy Corn Mix
1 Stick Butter Softened
1 Can 7 oz. Creamed Corn
1 Can 15 oz. Corn Niblets w/juices
2 Large Eggs
8 OZ. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 6 to 8 cup Casserole Dish.
Cream corn bread mix and butter. Mix all other ingredients -pour batter into pan-Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Note: can add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, and substitute corn niblets with red and green pepper added.
