1 eight ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Various flavors of graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Beat lightly. Mix in powdered sugar and brown sugar. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours. Shape into a ball (will still be gooey--plastic wrap works well). Roll in pecans. Refrigerate one hour.

Serve with various flavors of graham crackers that have been broken in quarters.
