Ingredients:  
3-4 boneless chicken breast (cook and cut into small pieces)
1 head lettuce (wash and tear into small pieces)
4-6 green onions (chop fine)
4 oz. slivered almonds
2 cans sliced water chestnuts (drain)
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Dressing:
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons dark vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss chicken, lettuce, onions, almonds, chestnuts and sesame seeds together in a large bowl. Chill.

Mix sugar, salt, dark vinegar, oil and pepper. Chill. Shake well and pour over salad just before serving. Then add 1 can rice noodles over the top.
