Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. yeast
2 1/2 cup warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Let set. Add half the flour and all the other ingredients to a mixing bowl, then add the yeast and water mixture. Mix well for 3 minutes. Add rest of flour and mix by hand or dough hook. Spread dough on greased baking sheet and let rise an hour, if you have time . You can brush this with butter or olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt, garlic salt, rye seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, herbs, or any combination. You can make indents with you finger all over the top before the toppings and it will be like foccacia. Bake at 425º for 15 to 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We call it lazy bread because there is no kneading, shaping, or slicing loaves. All 11 children have been taught to make this bread and have taken turns making it for dinners through the years. When it was Danny's turn, we called it Danna's Manna :)
