Directions:
Beat eggs, oil and sugar about 3 min. until blended. Add vanilla, baking powder and flour mix with spoon until combined and knead to soft dough. Roll out in finger width rolls and form twists (2 inches long) or doughnut shaped. Lightly flour a baking sheet and arrange allowing room for expansion. Bake at 400 degrees until bottoms are slightly brown 5 – 10 minutes.
Icing
Blend ½ cup icing sugar, 1/8 tsp butter, 2 drops vanilla and 1 tsp milk. Add a bit more milk if icing is too stiff. Icing should be thin enough to pour with a spoon. Coat top of genetti with icing spreading with the back of a spoon.
