2 eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 Lemon (juiced)
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 pint Whipping Cream (beat with electric mixer)
1 lb. Marshmallows cut up or use Mini Marshmallows
1 can Pineapple Tidbits
1 lb. Red Grapes (seeded and cut up)
10 Maraschino Cherries (cut up)
6 Sliced Bananas (cut up just before serving)

Directions:

2 eggs well beaten - pinch of salt - juice of one lemon and 1/2 c. sugar.
Combine these and cook over low heat until think.

When cool add it to one pint whipped cream, add 1 lb. cut up or mini marshmallows. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Add 1 can pineapple tidbits, 1lb. red grapes (seeded and cut up), add the 10 maraschino cherries (cut up) and just before serving add 6 sliced bananas.

Makes a HUGE batch! Rita would usually only make half.

This recipe is from Ray's mom, Mary Marnocha. This was a staple at Marnocha gatherings. It makes a huge batch so Rita would only make half for our family gatherings.
