2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first sugar, flour, cocoa, and eggs well. Melt butter and add to bowl with vanilla, mix well. If nuts desired, hand fold them into the batter. Pour into a 9 X 9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. It is done when a knife is inserted and comes out clean. To take out, dip the pan into a vat of hot water.
