2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
9 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
6 eggs
2 T Mazola oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 scalded milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup golden raisins (if you desire)

** Preheat oven to 350º
**Grease 2 9X5 loaf pans
>Flour mixture....In a large bowl...Sift....
-9 cups flour
-1 1/2 cups sugar
-1 TSR salt
>Melt 1 stick of margarine and add 1 1/2 cup scalded milk. Set aside to cool.
>Melt 2 pkgs of yeast in a bowl with 1/2 cup warm, add a little of the flour mixture from above to form a paste (wet). Beat with fork. Put in warm place to start rising action.
>Beat in a bowl....
-6 eggs
-2 T Mazola oil
-2 tsp vanilla
>In a large pan or bowl, put in this order:
-Flour mixture
-Yeast mixture
-Margarine and milk mixture
-Egg mixture
-if you desire you can put in 1/2 cup golden raisins.
>Mix and kneed until it is a soft dough, if it is a little sticky add oil to hands. Kneed well for five minutes.
>Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Be sure to keep away from drafts.
>After 1 hour put in 2 9X5 greased loaf pans and let rise another 1 hour.
>Baste tops with egg yolk.
>Bake at 350º for 25 minutes to 1/2 hour.
