4 cups oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, and syrup.
Put in to ungreased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 min.
Do not overbake.
Cool.
Melt chips and peanut butter together.
Spread over the first mixture.
Keep in refrigerator.
They are stiff to cut but will soften at room temperature.
