Ingredients:  
3 c. sugar
8 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
8 c. milk
8 eggs
8 c. light cream
4 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Beat eggs, add a small amount of hot mixture to eggs, mix, and return to pot. Cook while stirring for 1 minute. Chill. Add cream and vanilla and mix well. Freeze.
