1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup pecans (you can substitute chopped macadamia nuts too)
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ready-made piecrust

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend sugar, flour, butter and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, coconut and vanilla. Pour into piecrust and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
