6 chicken breasts
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning or season-all
2 cups mayonnaise
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons chopped onion
4 cups chopped celery
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups plain potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by baking chicken in the oven with a small amount of water, melted butter and a good season-all. That’s an important step. Baking the chicken rather than boiling it delivers a much better flavor. Now, chop up your cooked chicken into bite-size pieces and mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, celery and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into a greased casserole dish and top with grated cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
