1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 quart sliced dill picks, drained
Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and egg in a bowl. Put the flour in a plastic bag and add salt and pepper. Dip pickles in egg mixture and then shake in flour. Once the pickles are well coated, deep-fry them in oil until they turn golden brown and float on the surface.
