2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Make Jiffy cornbread according to package directions, but make them separately. Put prepared mix on bottom of greased 8x8 pan and top with most of the cheddar cheese. To the other mix add the can of creamed corn and place on top of the cheddar cheese. Top with remainder of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
