1 pound prepared pizza dough
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 – 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick spray, set aside.
Place cheeses, garlic, oregano, pepper, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Stir until just combined.
Roll out prepared pizza dough on a floured surface until approximately 1/4" thick and in the shape of a large rectangle. Spread evenly with cheese mixture and roll lengthwise. The rolled dough should resemble an uncut cinnamon roll log. Pinch the ends of the roll and cut into 8 equal sections. Place on the prepared pie plate, cheese side up.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese begins to bubble. Top with marinara sauce and serve!
