Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups self rising flour
1 can domestic light beer (Bud Lite works well)
Approx 1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
DO NOT preheat the oven.
Grease a loaf pan, 1 large or 2 medium.
Put the beer in a big bowl, add sugar and then dump in your flour and combine with a fork. Dump the mix in the pan once it makes a big, sticky glob. Put in the COLD oven, then turn the oven to 350°. Let bake for 45 minutes. It'll have a big ole crust on top and is best served right out of the oven.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Serve hot with butter, or be fancy and dip in olive oil and herbs.
And an FYI - when making bread, it's best to use beer at room temperature instead of straight out of the fridge.
