3 eggs
1/4-1/2 C Cornstarch
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter softened
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 T Cocoa
(1) 6-oz. pkg. choc. chips
1 pkg. pecans (optional)
2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 for about 30-45 min., or until no longer jiggly in the middle. Oven temps vary, so keep a close eye on them. May need to cover edges of pie shells after a bit, so they won't burn. Great with ice cream or cool whip, especially if warm. Freeze nicely if covered well to prevent freezer burn.
