1 lb tube breakfast sausage
2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - divided in half
12 eggs, scrambled
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a skillet, brown and drain sausage. Arrange crescent rolls in a circle with wide ends overlapping towards center and pointed ends pointing out, leaving a 5" hole in the middle.
Scoop sausage evenly onto the widest end of each triangle. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese evenly over sausage. Pull pointy ends up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. Filling will not be completely covered.
Bake for 20 minutes. Fill center with scrambled eggs.
Prepare eggs: in the same large skillet, with grease wiped out, but not washed, melt butter over low to medium heat. Cook scrambled eggs to desired consistency. Stir in cheese and cook until cheese is slightly melted.
