Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag. Make sure there are no holes for the marinade to leak through. Place the short ribs into the bag with the marinade and seal. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, overnight if you can.

Grill the short ribs at medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side, depending on your preference for "done-ness."

After the short ribs are cooked, grill the yellow onion in the same pan for about 3 minutes.

Top the short ribs with the yellow onion and/or green onion and serve with a side of your choice! Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
This is a Paleo-friendly dish, and it's delicious! If you're not looking for Paleo, you can substitute the coconut aminos and tamari for soy sauce and the Red Boat fish sauce for any other kind of fish sauce. But, why not give Paleo a try?? :)
