1 lb. ground hot sausage
1 lb. ground mild sausage
2 (10 oz.) cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Drain tomatoes and chiles and reserve the liquid. Mix together sausage, tomatoes and chiles, cream cheese and approximately 1/2 c. of liquid. Add 1 to 1 1/2 c.of the cheese to mixture. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips
