1 lb. ground beef browned
1 lb. cubed cheese
1 large green pepper chopped
8 oz. noodles cooked
2 med. onions chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 quart tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 small bottle stuffed olives chopped (or you can use black chopped olives)

Mix altogether and bake at 350º until hot & bubbly.
