1 c oatmeal
2/3 c toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c ground flax seed
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/3 c honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in refrigerator for half hour. Once chilled roll into balls. Keeps in fridge for up to 1 week.
