1/2 c milk/water
1 c oats
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1.5 lbs ground beef
3/4 c ketchup
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp worchestershire

Directions:
Beat egg. Mix next 8 ingredients. Shape meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients in desperate bowl. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
