Four salmon filets
1/2 cup butter
Four cloves of garlic ,cut them up very small
1/2 cup brown sugar
Parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400degrees
Put salmon skin side down on parchment paper
Each salmon has a parchment paper
Put on cookie sheet
Add a little salt to each salmon
Mix garlic,butter and brown sugar in a cup
Melt in microwave30 sec approximately
Baste mixture on top of each salmon
Generous amounts
Wrap parchment paper around each,tuck sides under salmon so no leakage
Put in oven 20 minutes
Take out
Let sit five minutes
Voila!
Delicious salmon!

I always try to use fresh king salmon, or Alaska salmon
Just be sure not to overcook as overcooked salmon gets very dry
This mixture helps to sweeten and moisten salmon
