Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cup sugar
1tsp nutmeg
½ cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tsp soda
2 cup flour
4 cups finely chopped apples

Cream: sugar and butter. Add rest of ingredients. Stir in apples.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350° for 40 min. Cool. Serve with whip cream and caramel sauce drizzled over top each piece.

½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together and bring to a boil for 2 min. Cool. Serve over cake.
