1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 pounds skinned filleted haddock
Garlic powder
4 or 5 uncooked potatoes
Italian bread crumbs
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2 cup oil and water in bottom of casserole.
Slice potatoes thinly and layer in casserole.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian bread crumbs.
Layer haddock on top, sprinkle with bread crumbs, oregano and garlic powder. Dribble oil all over and cover with tin foil.

Bake at 375º For 90 minutes
