4 3/4 - 5 1/4 Cups of flour
1/3 cup milk
3 TBspns margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 pkg. dry active yeast
3 TBspns sugar
1/2 tspn. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine 2 cups of flour and yeast.
In saucepan heat milk, sugar, margarine and salt till warm, not boiling Stirring constantly.
Add to flour mixture with eggs.
Beat at low speed for 3 minutes scraping bowl constantly. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes. Hand stir in enough of remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Turn out on to lightly floured surface. Knead till smooth 6-8 minutes.
Shape in ball, place in lightly greased bowl, turn once to cover.
Let rise in warm place till double, about 1 hour.
Punch down, turn out on lightly floured surface, divide in half.
Roll into 2 15x7 rectangles.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbspn. of ground cinnamon. Spread half on each. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp of water over each. Roll into loaves. Seal bottom place seam on bottom. Cover last 15 minutes if necessary.
Drizzle with confectionery sugar mixture after baking.
Bake at 375º For 25-30 Minutes
