2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
7 tbsp flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp allspice (or pumpkin pie spice)
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large mug.
Mix well.
Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
if any spillage wipe mug off.
Continue cooking for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Garnish with whipped cream & nuts if desired.
