1 ½ cups canned chick peas or white beans (drained and rinsed)
1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 tsp minced garlic (about 1 clove)
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender, except cumin and mint. Process/blend until very smooth (approx 4 minutes). Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in cumin to taste. Sprinkle with mint before serving.
