1 large bunch of broccoli, cut into small flowerettes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
3/4 c. raisins
1 small red onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Dressing:
1 c. mayo
2 T. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Combine broccoli, raisins, onions, and nuts in a large bowl. Spoon dressing over mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle bacon over salad and toss lightly.
Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Note: keeps well in refrigerator.
