1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant pineapple pudding
3/4 cup Wesson oil
6 eggs
1 (10 ounce) Seven-Up
1 stick margarine
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º

Grease and flour 9x13 baking pan

Mix lemon cake mix, pineapple pudding, Wesson oil and 4 eggs. Add Seven-Up last. Stir well and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 23-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Place on cooling rack.

While cake is cooling mix flour and sugar in 2 quart sauce pan. Add 2 beaten eggs, pineapple, margarine and vanilla. Cook until thick. Stir in coconut and chopped nuts. Spread oven warm cake and cool until room temperature.
