1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat until thickened. Add large can pineapple chunks. Continue cooking until pineapple is heated.

You can add cooked chunks of chicken breast, cooked pork tenderloin or cooked shrimp and serve over rice.
