1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 bottle (350 ml) beer
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Topping
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray
Mix together flours, baking powder, salt, sugar and rosemary.
Mix in beer until combined.
Evenly distribute into loaf pan.
Prepare topping, and brush or pour onto loaf.
Bake in oven for 80 minutes.
Top should be nice and brown.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Slice and enjoy
