2 or 3 packages of Japanese noodles (ichiban)
cut up chicken, beef or pork
stir fry vegetables (carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions)
Bottled stir fry sauce or teriyaki sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in a little oil in fry pan. Take meat out of pan and save. Cook vegetables in a little oil till soft. Cook the noodles according to package. Do not overcook them or they will be mushy. Only add one flavor packet. Put everything together in frying pan and stir in some sauce. Serve.
