24 fresh shucked oysters
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Tony Chacheres)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
Canola oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oysters. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Dip oysters in egg mixture and roll in dry mixture (the flour and cornmeal should be combined) Repeat process if you want double breading. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Fry oysters 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
