Ingredients:
Ingredients:
sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury or homemade)
1 block cream cheese
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
fresh fruit - strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, bananas...

Directions:
Directions:
Using sugar cookie dough, space out the cookie dough a couple of inches apart on your baking stone. As it bakes, they'll spread to create a large cookie. You can do it on a round or rectangle stone stone. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes. When the cookie is done, fun a long serrated knife under the cookie to loosen it from the stone and let it continue to cool on the stone. Then mix cream cheese (the normal block size, 8oz) with about a1/3 cup of powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. Spread it over the cookie once cooled. At this point, cut the cookie into serving size pieces. When you top it with the fruit, you won't have to ruin the beautiful pattern you created. Top with fresh fruit.... strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, whatever looks good and is in season. Enjoy!
