2 cups sugar
¾ cup margarine
6 ounce can milk

Boil to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
Add 1 pkg butterscotch pudding.
Add ¾ cups oats. Mix.
Cool 15 minutes and drop from spoon onto pan.
