1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced onion
3/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
750 g boneless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
1 each red and green pepper cut into strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced

In a Ziploc bag, combine juices, honey, oil, spices and salt. Add chicken with marinade and turn to coat well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.

In a large skillet, stir fry chicken over medium heat for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove; set aside. Add bell pepper and onion; stir fry 5 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet. Stir 2 - 3 minutes or until heated through.

Spoon chicken mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
