8 oz cream cheese room tempature (lite is good)
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
½ cup frozen spinach drained (chopped)
¼ cup each mayo, parmesan cheese, romano cheese (or all parmesan)
1 clove garlic, finely minced
½ tsp basil
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ tsp garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream together mayo, parmesan, romano cheese, garlic, basil and garlic salt. Mix well.

Add artichoke hearts & spinach. Mix well.
Grease pie pan, Pour in the dip & top with the
Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
