One recipe saute spring greens
1 t. olive oil
1/4 lb sausage andouille sliced half moons and saute mod heat 5 min
15 oz. beans drained and rinsed
5 c, chicken broth
1 c. rice or quinoa cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in olive oil. Add beans and broth and greens.Bring to boil, then simmer 5 min. Serve with rice or quinoa.
