Cake:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can crushed pineapple w/juice

Cream Chees Icing:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup of butter softened
3 3/4 cup of confectioner sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cake ingredients. beat until smooth. Pour into greased 15 X 10 x 1 in. baking pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

For icing, in a bowl combine the cream cheese and butter and vanilla extract, mix until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar a cup at a time to mixture until smooth. Spread icing over cake. Sprinkle chopped nuts over icing.
