3 bananas, mashed; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 cup sugar; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 beaten egg; ½ cup oil; 1 tsp baking powder; ½ cup flour, brown sugar, walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in above order. Put in well-greased loaf tin. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped walnuts if desired. No amount indicated, like a lot of Grandma’s cooking - you know—until it looks right!.

Bake in 325-350° F oven for 35 – 40 minutes
